The Brief;
To take the special limited edition Columbus 100th anniversary (Cento) tube set and turn it into a gravel bike.
The Build;
Matt approached me to build him a gravel bike from the limited Columbus Cento tube set. Having already purchased the tube set we worked together to make sure everything would fit for a gravel build, a change of chain stays was necessary to achieve 45mm tyre clearance.
From there it was down to the numbers and nailing the geometry to meet Matts fit and handling requirements before working on the finer details. Finished off in a beautiful pink to yellow fade with violet logos to match the special edition Panaracer Gravel King Tires, no stone was left unturned in selecting appropriate Italian components to compliment this build.
